True is a specialist retail private equity firm that really doesn’t like the term ‘private equity’. A qualified B Corp, their approach is to build businesses better — putting people and planet before profit.

Working with a small team of 2 other designers, we created a brand that stood apart from other businesses in the growth and private equity space — one that was human, friendly and represented the people that work there.

I got the opportunity to work on the rebrand throughout the whole process, contributing to most aspects of the brand style, while also working to develop how the brand lived in a motion space. Our relationship continued far beyond the rebrand and every time we use it in new fun ways we couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out.




As a team we created a comprehensive set of digital guidelines to accompany the brand system, complete with full presentation templates and a social media starting kit to get their creativity flowing!


To accompamy True’s new HQ in Victoria, London. We created a whole suite of ephemera to ensure the building was true inside and out. The style translated beautifully and I think we were all jealous we couldn’t be on the receiving end.
